Order Processing & Fulfillment

All products in our store are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and production. Note: Processing time may vary depending on product type and order volume.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been fulfilled, typical shipping times are as follows:

  • USA: 3–5 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimated timeframes, and actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak season surges.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location. Some products may ship separately for faster delivery.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right. Please read below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email  with:

  • A clear photo of the item

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

 

We’ll review your request and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges for Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse

Because our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind after purchase

  • Choosing the wrong product or color

🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters production quickly and cannot be canceled or changed. Please double-check your order details before confirming checkout.

📦 Lost Packages or Delivery Issues

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking number in your confirmation email.

  2. If tracking shows no movement after 10 business days, please contact us.

If your address was entered incorrectly at checkout, we are not responsible for delivery issues.
